Special School Break Programs

Kingman Museum offers three school break programs a year based on the Battle Creek School District's calendar. Kingman's "Out of this World" Space Adventure is offered during winter break, Kingman Beach is offered during spring break, and Wild Kingman is offered during July. These low cost programs last 4 hours and children 6-12 may attend the full program or just one day.

Wild Kingman July 19-23

Appreciating Your Natural World

Your youngster can explore the natural world in a fun and safe environment! It’s “Wild Kingman, Appreciating Your Natural World,” a one-week long summer day camp for young nature enthusiasts!

Your child will make their own fossils, become a bug detective, explore the constellations, rocks and minerals plus discover the different types of habitats there are surrounding the museum. Daily programs will include activities that interact with our natural surroundings with a focus on team building.

Kingman Museum is limiting the summer day camp to 25 boys and girls ages 6-12. It will be held July 19-23 daily from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Early drop off at 8 a.m. is available.

Cost is $20/day for members and $25/day for non members. Your child may attend any or all sessions. Pre registration is recommended.

Hurry, this one-week summer day camp is limited to 25 children.
